Description
An appointment among masters of the Italian Baroque: a tribute to Alessandro Stradella, the inventor of the “Roman style,” who inherited the legacy of the Monteverdi and Cavalli schools and guided it towards a more modern, dance-like, concertante, and experimental taste. Stradella’s music will be brought to life by the magnificent voice of soprano Silvia Frigato, accompanied by specialist and repertoire expert Andrea De Carlo.
