The Fondazione Teatro Amilcare Ponchielli (later on “Theatre”) desires to protect the confidentiality and security of website users’ data www.teatroponchielli.it, later on, “Website”, of ownership of the Theatre.
The Theatre reserves the right to update this privacy policy at any time; the user agrees to periodically visit this section in order to review any changes made.
This information refers to the Website and not also to other websites eventually available on the Website itself.
Website’s surfing relative data
The computer system, the accountability and the software preposed for site’s functioning acquire, during the operations, some data which transmission is implicit in the Internet communication protocols’ use.
These infos are not collected to be associated with identified engagement. But for their nature could be, through processing and association with thirdly held data, allowed to identify the users. In the above-mentioned context, the Theatre could obtain, for example, information related to the sender’s address, necessary to answer to the user’s requests, or other data contained in the communication, and also data connected to overdrafts/loans to meet the necessary requirements for the eventual subscription to the courses organized by the Theatre. The management of the possible payment, requested in relation to specific services, will be independently made by external people with whom the Theatre stipulated specific agreements.

Processing Methods and Scope Disclosure
The personal data supplied by the user will be treated with mainly electronic methods for the strictly necessary time to persecute the above-mentioned finality and applying specific safety measures to reduce the risk of losing data as well as illicit/not correct uses or not authorized accesses.
The Theatre’s staff is appointed to marketing and Website management, as well as the appointed department to which belong the user’s requests, and the subjects, also the externals ones, that realizes Website management activities, who works as responsible of the Theatre treatment, could have access to the data and effectuate treatment operation in line with what clarified in this notice.
The data won’t be divulged by the Theatre or its treatment response and could be communicated only to competent authorities, where is necessary to absolve legal obligations or for the Theatre’s protection of rights, also in legal proceedings.

The data controller is Fondazione Teatro Amilcare Ponchielli – Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, 52 Cremona-; the responsible controller for information processed via Website is the superintendent dott. Andrea Cigni, domiciled for the office at the Theatre.
