The ticket office is open with the usual timesheet:

Reservations and payment mode
Telephonic reservations
The ticket office accepts, appropriate to the presence of audience at the counter, telephonic ticket reservations. The regularisation of tickets booked in this way has to take place within three days, otherwise, the reservation would be cancelled.
Payment at the ticket office
Tickets bought directly at the ticket office can be paid with cash, with a non-negotiable cashier’s check out to Fondazione Teatro A. Ponchielli, with a credit card or a debit card.
Remote payments
The amount relating to season tickets and tickets booked by telephone can be paid by postal order made out to Fondazione Teatro A. Ponchielli, Corso Vittorio Emanuele II n. 52, 26100 Cremona. The money order must contain an indication of the number and order of seats booked, as well as the date of the show.
Remote payment can be made by bank transfer. These are the data:

Reservations pick up
If the payment was made by postalorder, the receipt must be shown when collecting the tickets. No refunds will be made for uncollected tickets.
