For the first time ever at the Ponchielli Theatre. one of the most important Italian Orchestras, the Filarmonica della Scala, conducted on this occasion by Lorenzo Viotti, one of the most intriguing and sought-after conductors on the international scene.
In February, another renowned German violinist Frank Peter Zimmermann, one of the most virtuosic violinists alive, accompanied on piano by Dmytro Choni, will present a program of exceptional prestige.

Closing the season will be one of today’s most versatile and celebrated violinists, Isabelle Faust. She will be joined by Il Giardino Armonico, an ensemble dedicated to historical performance, playing on period instruments under the direction of the esteemed Giovanni Antonini.
