Brothers, with striking blue eyes and a fashionable look, Lucas and Arthur Jussen were born in Hilversum (Netherlands) to musician parents and are now riding high in all of Europe.
Deutsche Grammophon signed them when they were just teenagers, paving their way to fame; but they did the rest, adding verve, freshness, and charm to a remarkable array of pianistic talents.

The program opens with two classical composers, Mendelssohn and Schubert, before showcasing the vibrant Paris of the early 20th century with two iconic masterpieces: Ravel’s La valse and Le sacre du printemps by Stravinsky, the latter in the four-hand version that Stravinsky, before causing a symphonic and choreographic scandal, privately performed with Debussy.
