Description

The concert, supported by the HYSO Orchestra, is organized as part of the Masterclass project, promoted by the Cremona Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with the Municipality of Cremona, the American tour operator Music Celebrations International, the “Antonio Stradivari” Cremona Violin Makers Consortium, the “Claudio Monteverdi” Conservatory and the International School of Violin Making.

The HYSO is an American youth symphony orchestra composed by students from Rochester, New York whose primary goal is to create a community of talented young musicians through the rigorous study of classical symphony orchestra literature.
Led by conductor Casey Springstead, the HYSO has undertaken several international tours, including Italy in 2009.
The 2024 European tour will bring this young and talented orchestra to our country again and will visit the cities of Florence, Rome and Cremona.
