The closing concert of Casa Ponchielli 2025 is a unique occasion of rediscovery and musical innovation. Onstage the Cremonese Polyphonic Choir and the Symphonic version of Bazzini Consort, the soloists Federica Zanello, Nadiya Petrenko, Cristobal Campos Marin, Tong Liu and Baopeng Wang, conducted by Maestro Federico Mantovani.
The program sees unpublished Ponchielli work such as Magnificat and Miserere, together with the intense Ave Maria from Verdi’s Otello. A journey between tradition and rediscovery in the suggestive and renewed hall of Ponchielli Theatre.
