Description
Maillot’s La Cenerentola is one of the most significant choreographies of Les Ballets de Monte Carlo’s history. The story of a poor girl saved by destiny and the relationship between mother/father of the protagonist is one of the arguments of this plot. Maillot decides to transform this relationship as the center of this story, symbolized by the initial “pax de deux” danced by Cenerentola’s parents, the same that will then repeated by the girl and the prince.
