The 2025-2026 Opera Season opens with George Bizet’s masterpiece, “Carmen.” Sergio Alapont will conduct a talented cast, while Stefano Vizioli, the Opera’s director, will bring the gripping action of this timeless story to life.
Carmen, the unscrupulous gypsy, and Don José, the soldier overwhelmed by passion, will live out their emotions in a vibrant setting, bringing to life a timeless tale of unhappy love, jealousy, and a tragic fate. An unmissable debut of the Opera season, an icon of melodrama that still enthrals and captivates audiences today.
