In his work The Red Shoes, the young choreographer Philippe Kratz follows the chronology of Hans Christian Andersen’s tales bringing the scenario back to our days and concentrates on the relationship between the protagonist, Karen, and the objects.

We live in a society, which always push us to desire more and to consume more, comparing ourselves to other to focus on our weakness and faults.
